Center Grove Community School Corporation is one of the top school corporations in the state of Indiana, yet we were still struggling to find new teachers. Our HR team decided that it would be best to host a New Teacher Recruitment Fair in March, three months earlier than any other school in Indiana, to help give Center Grove that added omph for recent graduates.
Center Grove's vision is that all students receive an exceptional educational experience. For this campaign, I wanted to create a way for our vision to apply to our entire staff not just the students. With that in mind I can up with the tagline, "Center Grove: it takes Exceptional people to create Exceptional Educational Experiences."
Below is the entire marketing package I created for our HR team. The first two images are front and back of our Careers at Center Grove trifold, and the next three are the posters created for each table at our job fair. These resources were used at our own job fair as well as to help promote Center Grove at any job fair or events that our HR team might go to.
